The Moshtix Box Office suite is the complete solution for any in-person ticket sales.

The touch-screen optimised web app allows for tablets and smartphones to sell tickets from any location and any device.

Scanning & Attendance

We offer three dashboards in Insights for exploring attendance data:

  1. Event Day Scanning – Provides real-time attendance, entry trends, and scans by ticket type, age group, and category (e.g., 10 VIP tickets scanned). Useful for tracking venue occupancy on event day.

  2. Attendance Additional Insights – Offers demographic insights (age, gender, location), key metrics, and scan trends over time, extending beyond standard reporting.

  3. Event Audit – Details all scans, associated individuals, and unscanned tickets (those with blank Scan IDs).
