Moshtix Receive Industry Recognition At 2021 Ticketing Business Awards

The 2021 TICKETING BUSINESS AWARDS have recognised Moshtix backed event Rhythm and Vines Festival, for their innovation and leadership over the past year.

Over 450 industry leaders, including commercial directors, music promoters, venues, and sports teams will be in attendance for the ninth annual awards ceremony, held in Manchester on December 2nd.

New Zealand’s premier multi-day music and camping festival, Rhythm and Vines, has been recognised for PRODUCT INNOVATION at the Ticketing Business Awards.

The award recognises a product or service that has transformed and improved the way ticketing entities conduct business.

Bookatent is a reusable tent solution that eliminates single use tents from festivals, combatting the mess left at the end of festivals, and reducing landfill produced at these events. With the goal of re-using these tents at other events and community groups, the product also creates employment.

Since its implementation, the re-usable tent solution has grown from 200 through 2500, accommodating over one third of campers at the Rhythm and Vines festival.

“Working with our ticketing partner, Moshtix, we developed an in-house ticketing platform to manage the ticketing process, streamlining and providing great value to our customers. It's a small step, but an important one in the right direction.” Said Kyle Bell, Marketing and Partnerships Director at Rhythm and Vines.

Harley Evans, Managing Director of Moshtix said "It was a thrill for Moshtix to work with the R&V team on this initiative and even more exciting that it's caught the attention of the global ticketing and festival community. It’s a great ticketing innovation and I’m sure many other great festival operators around the world will be inspired to do the same."
