NEW RELEASE: Self Service Settlement

Happy New Year, we hope you enjoyed a break with friends and family over the festive period! There have been some busy bees at Moshtix HQ and we are excited to deliver some handy new updates to kick start your 2021. 

Our new settlement feature has been released to ensure our clients have unlimited flexibility on how and where they settle their event funds, all as a fully self serviced mobile-friendly feature. This update is sure to make settling events as quick and easy as possible, below is a demo displaying where you can access this function in the Moshtix Control Room.

Split payments across multiple accounts

It is now easier to manage your post event funds - you now have the ability to split your ticketing funds across different bank accounts through our simplified settlement process. Simply select the 'new bank account' option on the payment details page of the settlement process and add multiple accounts per settlement.

As per our standard process, event settlement will be processed each Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please be aware, with this update your Client Manager will no longer be able to request event settlement on your behalf.
