What does it do?
When enabled, the waitlist sits at the top of the event page and encourages potential buyers and fans to enter their contact details to receive updates about availability of the event while also opting in to receive additional marketing from the event organiser, artist or Moshtix.

To notify your waitlist of newly available tickets or additional shows, co-ordinate with your Client Manager to send a notification to the subscriber list.

Tickets are only offered to customers on the waitlist when more tickets are made available or an additional show is added and a notification has been manually sent to the subscriber list.
