The Push’s Music Industry Mentoring Program Is Now Open For Applications!
Australia’s leading youth music organisation, The Push, have opened applications for their Music Industry Mentoring Program!
The Push is looking for 11 young people to participate in the a national workplace learning program – giving young Australians the opportunity to learn first-hand from some of Australia’s leading music companies.
The volunteer program is open to all young people aged 18 – 25 based anywhere within Australia, with priority access given to First Nations young people, young people of colour, young people from low-income household, young people with a disability and LGBTQIA+ young people. To cover expenses incurred, all program participants will receive a once-off honorarium paid at the commencement of the program.
We are proud to once again support The Push with having a young candidate join the team at Moshtix are also excited to support our friends at West Australian Music (WAM) in Perth, MusicACT in Canberra and SRO Events in Darwin.
Industry partners providing mentoring opportunities for this intake of the program include Live Nation, Moshtix, MusicACT, QMusic, SRO, St Jerome’s Laneway Festival, Theatre Royal, and WAM, with opportunities right across Australia. Moshtix – Client & Event Management Assistant, Brisbane
You will be volunteering within the Event Delivery and Client Services Team to assist the Event Delivery Team with delivering ticketing for events around the country. This will include assisting with staff briefs, rostering casuals, packing equipment for shipment, configuring scanners, and learning to plan for event logistics delivery.
