Power Up Your Advertising Results With Our Market-First Conversion API Integrations
We are excited to reveal our first-in-market solution to solve your campaign attribution and reporting woes! Moshtix now offers Conversion API integrations for all clients to access via our self-service tracking function, completely free of charge. Users are now able to extend their tracking and reporting power on advertising efforts via third party platforms without relying on traditional cookie-based methods or costly integration solutions. This natively available function currently supports Meta, Snapchat and TikTok Conversion APIs, which enables clients to enhance their attribution of ticket sales to campaigns run on these platforms. Access to this increased level of attribution reporting is key for our partners to analyse, and drive maximum efficiency with their marketing budgets.
The Benefits Of Moshtix Server-Side Tracking
By using Moshtix’s self-service pixel tracking tool, you have immediate access to our key platforms supporting the new Conversion API capabilities at no extra cost - allowing you to benefit from increased attribution data with confidence that the tools you’re using are simple - and adhere to information privacy standards.

See 30-70% uplift in add to cart and purchase activity than using third-party pixels alone.
No Additional Costs
Our Conversion API Integration is built by Moshtix and native to our platform. We offer its use free of charge.

Using our new self-service tracking tool, you’ll be on your way to better results in a matter of minutes!
What are Conversion APIs or Server-Side Pixels?
Some of the pixels that we support offer both a pixel that tracks in a user's browser and a connection to an ad platform's servers (or "Conversion API"). Conversion APIs create direct connections between our website and the servers of ad platforms like Meta or TikTok to enable better attribution of marketing and complement the measurement of our regular browser pixels.
Why should I use Server-Side tracking?
Third-party pixels are increasingly being made irrelevant as consumers opt-out of tracking cookies (which block pixels with embedded tracking from firing), making their effectiveness in audience building and attribution for digital advertising campaigns decline.
While pixel tracking still serves a purpose at the moment, we have now future-proofed this decline and bolstered advertising performance using the strength of our first-party data and connecting directly to advertising platforms via their APIs (Meta and Snapchat’s Conversion API and TikTok’s Events API).
In the time since our own accounts have been connected using server-side integrations, we’ve already seen huge performance improvements in our tracking, with a 70% increase in Add To Cart events and a 35% increase in Purchase events reported on Meta, as compared to our pixel reporting alone.
Our integration has been built in-house, giving us the ability to offer this free-of-charge to our clients rather than needing to pay a third-party to do the same - while also offering scalability to widen the integration to additional platforms in the future.
Extend Your Integration Options With Seeka
If you’re already familiar, or are interested in unlocking even more platforms, we also offer an integration with Seeka. Similar to our own Conversions API solution, Seeka is a first-party customer data platform and tag manager that allows event marketers to track user behaviour as a first party and then deliver that data to multiple destinations, including ad platforms and analytics platforms.
For a festival or tour, Seeka is able to track and resolve data across the entire ticketing journey e.g. pre-registration platform, official website, ticketing outlet, CRM.
For venues, Seeka offers multiple benefits, increasing the performance and accuracy of digital ads across all aspects of venue marketing e.g. ticketed events, function bookings, table bookings, venue awareness.
